‘Swimming genius’ Hwang Seon-woo (20) appears on the basketball court.

The Seoul SK Knights professional basketball team will invite Hwang Seon-woo, the 200m swimming world champion, to throw the first pitch at the home game against LG at the student gym at 7:00 pm on the 10th.

Hwang Seon-woo, sponsored by SK Telecom, 안전놀이터 is a star who emerged as a signboard of Korean swimming after Park Tae-hwan. He won the championship for the second year in a row by setting a new competition record of 1:39:72 and a new Asian record.

Hwang Seon-woo, who is currently training hard to win the gold medal in this year’s Asian Games, pitched the first pitch to cheer for SK Telecom’s sponsored Knights basketball team.

Meanwhile, SK Knights set this day as ‘Junior Knights Day’ and held an event with Junior Knights players. 

First of all, junior players will give high-fives during player introductions, and during halftime, a relay shooting event and quiz event will be held in which junior knights players participate.
